Yes. Use it to update catalog and storefront content, review orders ready for fulfillment, prepare tracking, and draft support or return replies. Sensitive actions involving money, publishing, domains, or providers still ask for your confirmation.

Both plans include one U.S. storefront, catalog import, AI storefront work, hosted checkout, a custom domain, and rollback. Scale provides higher daily allowances for AI edits, imports, and builds.

Yes. Both plans offer monthly and annual billing. Annual pricing is shown as a monthly equivalent and billed for the year; the pricing page displays the current totals before you continue.

Your published storefront stays live. New metered AI, import, or build work waits for the next daily reset, or you can choose a plan with higher allowances when available.

If you cannot launch after completing onboarding, providing the requested product details, and giving Updraft a reasonable chance to help, you may request review within 30 days of purchase. Eligibility and exclusions follow the Terms of Service; contact support@updraft.site from your account email.
